Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DoDoodle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

DoDoodle is a free, web-based task management application designed for personal productivity. The Service includes task creation and management, brain dump, focus mode, gamification features, and real-time sync across devices.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Your Data

You own all content you create in DoDoodle (tasks, notes, brain dump items). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We store your data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

Pricing

DoDoodle is free for personal use. There are no hidden fees, premium tiers, or paid features. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future, but existing free features will remain free.

Service Availability

We strive to keep DoDoodle available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control. DoDoodle includes offline support, so your data remains accessible on your device even when the Service is unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

DoDoodle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoDoodle Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using DoDoodle at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of DoDoodle after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
